A. Subject matter insured

Part 1: Building and fixtures

Buiding and fixutures of the house owned by Insured Person or Insured Person is legally liable for its care and management. Including:

1. Apartment building with the following conditions:

• Height from 5 floors or more;
• Not exceed 30 years from completion of construction or put into service to the date the insurance policy takes effect.

2. Townhouses and villas with the following conditions:

• Entrance road to the house is at least 4m wide;
• Not exceed 30 years from completion of construction or put into service to the date the insurance policy takes effect.

Part 2: Content

All property located within the house insured where its address clearly stated on insurance certificate.

The property must be owned or under the care and custody of the Insured and not be excluded as below.

Property not insured

• Assets that have been insured under another type/contract of insurance;
• Assets that have been removed, stored in warehouses, and have no use value;
• Gold and silver, jewellery, precious stones, works of art, manuscripts, plans, pictures or drawings, models, moulds, medals, precious coins or books, securities, covenants or documents of any kind, postage stamps, coins or cash, bank drafts, cheques, travellers' cheques, money orders, postal orders, drafts, promissory notes, pets;
• Personal property includes clothing and personal items designed to be worn, used, or carried on the person (including, but not limited to, cell phones and laptop computers).

B. Insurance benefits

1. Basic insurance coverage

Fire, Lightning and Explosion

2. Extension coverage

The insured can request extended insurance for the following risks: Thunderstorms, storms, floods (including seawater overflow); Breakage or overflow of water from water tanks, water storage equipment or water apparatus; Collision with the house; Theft; Rental costs after loss.

The scope of insurance is specified on the Insurance Certificate.

C. Exclusions

Key exclusions:

• Damages caused by disturbances, mass uprisings, strikes, and dismissal of workers.
• Damage occurs due to nuclear, missiles, weapons of war, and radiation.
• Damage caused by pollution, contamination, and wear and tear
• Damage caused by war and terrorism.
• Damage caused by Insured Person's intentional actions.

Other exclusions as specified in the Insurance Policy Wordings.

D. Excess/Deduction

• Building and fixtures: 5,000,000 VND/case.
• Contents: 2,000,000 VND/case.
